Creative/philosophical skills (phi:*, art:*, nav:*) — 13 of the 139 skills — become persistent conversational agents with their own Discord channels, chat history, and relevance scoring via MiniMax local inference. A router middleware intercepts every prompt/response pair, scores all skills 0–1, and injects activated skill perspectives (threshold ≥ 0.7) into the final response before delivery.
