To enable the Python fusion engine to receive MediaPipe data from the web dashboard, we need a WebSocket bridge.
2. **Implement UnifiedReceiver** (Week 1) - Port the code from this spec - Add unit tests - Verify Mocopi + simulated MediaPipe
3. **Implement KalmanFusion** (Week 2) - Port the EKF code - Tune parameters with real sensor data - Add visualization for debugging
4. **Build WebSocket bridge** (Week 2) - Add MediaPipeBridge to dashboard - Test end-to-end streaming
